We keep our plunge tubs between 3°C and 10°C (37–50°F) — the optimal range for muscle recovery, mental clarity, and cold shock activation.


+ How long should I stay in the cold plunge?

Most guests start with 1 to 2 minutes and build up over time. A typical full-body reset includes 1–3 cycles of cold plunge + sauna.


+ Do I need to book both sauna and cold plunge?

Nope! Each booking includes access to both, you can start with either one and cycle at your own pace during your session.


+ Is cold plunge safe for beginners?

Yes, our contrast therapy is beginner-friendly. We guide all first-timers through what to expect and how to pace themselves safely.


+ What should I bring to my session?

Just bring a shower towel! We provide other towels, filtered water, and a private room with shower access and post-session relaxation space.
