How long do I have to use my sessions?
Your sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Use them at your own pace.
What happens after I finish the Health Stack?
Most people land on one or two resets they connect with most and keep going with those. We have flexible options for when you're ready, but there's no commitment required to start. The Health Stack stands on its own.
