Shivani is a passionate advocate for the integration of yoga and body-mind psychology as a path to holistic healing and self-discovery. A Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, Mentor and Yoga Teacher at YYoga, Shivani believes whole heartedly in the transformative power of present-moment awareness. She has taught in yoga studios, at yoga and music festivals, and inside a correctional centre for women; but wherever she's teaching, her aim is to create a safe environment where students can explore the rich inner landscape of their experiences on the mat.

Shivani started floating as a way to heal after a mild traumatic brain injury flipped her life upside down, and now she enjoys floating as a deeply restorative addition to her regular meditation practice.
