Deidre Sirianni has been practicing yoga since 2007 and quickly realized the multiple benefits yoga offers. Given her athletic background and familiarity with athlete injuries, she realized that more focus on prevention was necessary.

She also has a background in film which exposed her to the varying levels of stress in the workplace and knows how beneficial yoga can be for those working in these demanding environments. Yoga Rush focuses on all of these needs and Deidre has made it her mission to bring yoga to the athletes and professionals who need it the most.
