Chris is an ex athlete turned yogi. He started his yoga journey on his 40th birthday and has never looked back. He has been teaching since 2006 and has created quite a following with his creative, fun, and challenging Power classes. Chris is currently teaching at One Yoga for the People, Yaletown Yoga, and Chopra Yoga Center. He also host's Yoga and Surf retreat's and makes beautiful Yoga Bags.
