Winning this years National fitness competition and becoming Ms. Fitness Canada, I am a self proclaimed mover, shaker, muscle-maker. Loving dance, yoga, crossfit, bodybuilding, gymnastics and doing handstands, I rarely sit still. Personal training, as well as training myself, I'm always in the gym and in 2014 placed 8th at the World Fitness Championships which kept me busy. Always on the go, I thought floating would bore me, but I've found it to be a meditative experience, where I can spend more than an hour of my day relaxing and still, letting thoughts pass while in a semi conscious state-that NEVER happens otherwise! I recommend floating to everyone in my family, friend, bodybuilding and client circles..especially the high energy ones!
